A fantastic opportunity has become available for a driven and motivated Sales Assistant to join a well-established agency based in the South East. This is the perfect role for someone who is hungry to learn, enjoys being out in the field, and wants to work closely with a successful agent while building their own profile in the industry. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of residential sales, while developing the skills needed to grow into a successful agent. What Your Day Will Look Like This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities will include: • Prospecting and building new client relationships • Making cold calls and generating market appraisals • Following up buyers after open homes • Door knocking and letterbox drops within the local area • Assisting with social media and marketing initiatives • Supporting the sales process and day-to-day agent activities What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is motivated, energetic, and ready to put in the work to build a successful career in sales.
